Roles & ResponsibilitiesInitial root cause analysis of issues based on logs/tracesIdentifying and assigning severity and priority of defectsCheck for quality of the reported defectsAnalyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defectsIdentification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysisFollows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining test documentation.Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defectsPerform tests for functional/non-functional requirements (if needed)About the Company:Mercedes-Benz AG, a pioneer of automotive engineering, sees shaping the future of mobility in a safe and sustainable way as both a motivation and obligation.
