Projects Execution Taskmaster

Work Hours

Monday to Sunday Timings:7.45am, Hours: 8:00 am to 8.00 pm, Monday to Sunday

(Based on work needs, the timing may be revised to 7.00am to 8.00pm at site specific to this position)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete on-site execution and commissioning of Solar On-Grid Ground Mounted Projects (5 MW to 50 MW).
  • Ensure all activities are completed as per project scope, timeline, and technical specifications.
  • Take full ownership of site operations including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • Coordinate and supervise all site personnel including engineers, contractors, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure execution aligns with approved engineering drawings, BOQs, and client specifications.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to maintain construction and installation standards.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain discipline among the site team.
  • Conduct daily tool-box meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Conduct daily site meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, changes, and expectations.
  • Prepare and share daily progress reports and share with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Manage material inventory and prevent shortages or excess.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues, delays, or conflicts promptly to avoid project disruptions.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management with proposed solutions.
  • Develop and update the project execution schedule and plan accordingly.
  • Track milestones and ensure the project stays on schedule.
  • Monitor system performance during the handover phase and coordinate any necessary rectifications.
  • Support the transition to the O&M team post-handover.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all on-site execution activities.
  • Ensure safety, quality, timeline, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Spoken and Written English, Ability to communicate locally in foreign lands

  • ERP/MIS/Reporting/Effective Communication

Qualification

B.E. Electrical, Govt. of Gujarat Supervisor License Certificate

Experience

4 Years - only Solar EPC based in similar / BESS EPC experience preferred

Reference Check

Mandatory reference checks will be taken from at least 2 persons

Pay

Rs Lacs per Annum CTC + Rs. 2.5 Lacs per Annum Performance Incentive
