Senior Technical Recruiter with 4-6 years of overall experience

to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent.This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology is mandatory.Responsibilities:Post technical job descriptions on various portalsSource potential candidates on niche platforms, like Discord, Stack Overflow and GitHubParse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumesPerform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilitiesCoordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needsCraft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidatesCompose job offer lettersOnboard new hiresPromote company’s reputation as a great place to work

Must Have (Mandatory Requirement):Expertise doing recruitment on licensed version of LinkedIn Recruiter & JobsIT Recruitment experienceContractual hiring experienceProficient with O365Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
