Job Description

Responsible for operation & up keep of Utility equipment, like Boiler, Compressors, DG sets, VAM & Compression Chillers with AHU for HVAC, hot water generation. Maintaining 5S of assigned area & improvement for reliability of utilities. Handling break down , Spare inventory, active participation for optimization of generation cost, maintain of records in Shift report and follow ESH norms.

Start up and operation of FBC and step grate boiler, Ensure uninterrupted supply of Utility services. Maintaining AC & Ventilation system, Water treatment plant with cooling tower, ZLD plant and piping network. Monitering the quality parameter of steam, hot water and compressed air, availability of critical spare , availability of standby system. To handle breakdowns & Cause analysis of Break downs in shift Ensure start up & shutdown as per schedule following work instruction. Coordination with other Depts (Stake holders). Monitoring and optimization of generation cost by reducing power & fuel. Maintaining safe working practice to prevent accident at work place.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering , knowledge of working in SAP will be preferred. 

Minimum 3 years' experience on handling operation & maintenance of Utility equipment like boiler, water treatment plant, air compressors, compression & VAM chiller, HVAC system. cooling tower and pumping system
