What are we looking for you to do?
- l Server-Side Application Development: Create and maintain server-side application logic to support our software solutions.
- l Front-End Collaboration : Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate front-end elements and components with the server-side logic.
- l Code Quality: Write high-quality, readable, and testable code that meets coding standards and best practices.
- l Application Optimization : Design and optimize applications for high performance, availability, and low latency to enhance user experience.
- l Security and Data Protection: Work on implementing security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- l Data Storage Solutions: Incorporate data storage solutions such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc., to manage and store application data effectively.
- l Team Collaboration: Attend daily stand-ups with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and priorities.
- l Support Operations Teams: Provide support to Service Ops, DevOps, and QA teams by assisting with queries and testing tasks.
- l Code Review: Conduct code reviews for junior developers to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing.
- l Code Deployment: Facilitate code merging and deployment processes through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
- l 5+ years of minimum experience on Node JS.
- l Contribute to the high performance of the agile-development lifecycle by ensuring productive, consistent, and successful sprints by working to reduce blocking issues for the team.
- l Maintain existing code base by identifying and correcting the defects.
- l Participate in discovery calls and requirement gatherings.
- l Translate business requirements into applications by implementing the best strategy to ensure the design meets performance, usability, reliability, and scalability standards with the help team members.
- l Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
