Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive located in Paonta Sahib. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving strategic initiatives. The Executive will manage and lead a team, handle customer relations, and work closely with the senior management team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Management, and Team Coordination skills
  • Strong Organizational and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance and Policy Enforcement
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Relations and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
