EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in client servicing, wedding planning, 5-star banquet sales, hospitality experience

JOB PROFILE: Client Servicing, Sales, Client negotiation, Event Management, Vendor Arrangement, Vendor Negotiation, Operations, Productions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Client Servicing
  • Finalizing dcor and management with clients, providing new ideas as per client requirement and budget.
  • Dcor and event Co-ordination with Staff
  • Dcor Costing Management
  • Vendor Negotiation and Finalization
  • Artist Coordination
  • Event Execution
  • Single handed handling arrangements for Conferences, Corporate events, Award night, Weddings, Engagement, Sangeet, Cocktail Parties, Birthday parties etc.
  • Handling Banquet Bookings over Call and in person.
  • Price negotiations.
  • Coordinating & Managing with Catering Department for flow of event.
  • Venue Management.
  • Crisis Management

Salary : As per eligibility

Candidate must have experience of working in a wedding industry for full time.
