Job Title: Technical Lead – Full Stack Engineer Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: Delhi NCRWork Type : HybridDepartment: Technology / IT DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end web application development and having an understanding about project management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications.Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and QA teams to define and achieve project goals.Participate in architectural planning and propose optimal technical solutions.Ensure smooth front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server, database, API) integration.Conduct code reviews and maintain system performance, scalability, and security.Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies.Identify and mitigate technical risks while maintaining delivery timelines.Support deployments and monitor production systems for reliability and performance.Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes and project deliverables.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Lead.Proficiency in:Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.jsBack-End: Node.js / PythonDatabases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or equivalentStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations.Hands-on experience with version control (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and project lifecycle methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.Exposure to serverless architecture and automated deployment workflows.Experience in client and stakeholder interaction for requirement gathering and feedback.Key Attributes:Strong leadership, coordination, and mentoring abilities.Excellent communication and decision-making skills.Ability to balance technical priorities with business goals.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
