Your Roles and Responsibilities: ● Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code● Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable C/C++ Code.● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs● Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. ● Implement new technologies to maximize application performance Experience and skill sets, we need you to have: ● 3-4 years of experience in C/C++ development on Embedded & POS devices.● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering● Strong proficiency in C, C++ programming.● Basic knowledge of Java is preferred.● Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, multithreading.● Key management and cryptographic standards (TDES/RSA).● Experience working on different communication stacks such as Serial Port, GPRS, Ethernet, PSTN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc.● Good knowledge in multi-threading, socket programming would be an advantage.● Experience working on EMV and good knowledge in EMV specification and transaction flow would be an advantage.● Experience working on POS(Point Of Sale) such as Verifone, Ingenico, Pax terminals would be an advantage● Banking/payment domain knowledge would be an advantage.● Good communication skill/ interaction with banks and customers on technical requirement gatherings and presentations. Qualities to make you successful in this role: ● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills● Good time-management and communication skills● Good team management skills● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git● Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning will be an added advantage.● Experience working into Backend technologies will be an added advantage
