About GradeperfectGradeperfect is India’s first end-to-end academic profile-building and high-performance mentoring organization, founded by IIT Delhi and BCG alumniWe work with ambitious families and students across academics, Olympiads, APs, IB/IGCSE, SAT, and research mentorship to help them build world-class academic profiles.With students from 10+ countries and India’s top schools, we stand for:- Global exposure with personalized guidance- IIT-style academic rigor- A student-centric approach that delivers measurable resultsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Calling Intern to join our growing team in Green ParkYou’ll be the first voice of Gradeperfect, connecting with parents, understanding their needs, and helping them explore our programs designed for the world’s most ambitious studentsWhat You’ll Do- Call warm leads (parents & students) and introduce them to Gradeperfect’s offerings.- Qualify leads and understand their goals, pain points, and aspirations.- Book demos or counselling sessions for our senior sales team.- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently.- Share feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversionWhat We’re Looking For- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence- A natural ability to connect with people and handle parent conversations gracefully- Energy, curiosity, and eagerness to learn the ropes of education sales- Students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields preferredWhy Join Us:- Work directly with an IIT-BCG founding team shaping the future of premium education- Learn real-world sales strategy, communication, and conversion psychology- Get exposure to premium client handling and top-tier education systems (IB, IGCSE, SAT, etc.)- Internship Stipend + Certificate + PPO for top performers
