Job Title: Sales Manager UPVC Doors & Windows

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in building materials/UPVC doors & windows/aluminium/architectural products)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for UPVC doors and windows.
  • Identify and target potential clients including builders, architects, contractors, and retail customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales executives/representatives as needed.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and business development skills in the building materials/UPVC industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners.
  • Knowledge of UPVC products, pricing, and installation process preferred.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong market networking ability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Relevant experience in UPVC doors, windows, or related building material industry is highly desirable.
