Job Description

Job Title: Admission counselor/ Business Development Executive (Minimum 1.5 year of experience in Education sales/IT Sales )

Company: Standyou Data Info Labs Private Limited

Location: M5, Software Building, Near Global Circle, India Gate, Sitapura, Tonk Rd, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-hand)

Required excellent communication in English Laptop Required

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their goals by introducing them to our services and guiding them through the study-abroad process.

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential students interested in studying abroad, promoting Standyou's services to meet their educational needs.

  2. Counseling and Consultation:

  3. Understand the academic goals and preferences of students.

  4. Explain suitable study packages, scholarship opportunities, and coaching options.

  5. Sales and Enrollment:

  6. Promote and sell study-abroad packages to students and their families.

  7. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective engagement and follow- ups.

  8. Relationship Management:

  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.

  10. Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the application process.

  11. Market Insights:

  12. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in study-abroad programs and scholarships.

  13. Provide feedback on market demands to improve offerings.

  14. Reporting and Coordination:

  15. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales and student inquiries.

  16. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree

  2. Minimum 1.5 year of experience in sales

  3. Skills:

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  5. Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  7. Attributes:

  8. Highly motivated and eager to learn.

  9. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
