Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher webring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to developthe next generation of lifechanging therapeutics.

This position is part of the Market Analytics team basedout of Bengaluru and will be hybrid or remote. At Cytiva our visionis to advance future therapeutics from discovery todelivery.

In this role you willhave the opportunity to:

  • Use domain knowledge along with research andanalytical skills for market sizing market landscaping workflowanalysis pricing analysis in the Life sciences Bioprocessing andBiomanufacturing space
  • Analyzing datadeveloping reports and dashboards and communicating insights to thebusiness. The role will stretch across the breadth of ourorganization and have both global and regionspecificcoverage
  • Excel based analysis linking multipledata points to identify impactful insights and trends indata
  • Data prep and QC as and when needed toensure data accuracy
  • Liaise with key seniorbusiness stakeholders to understand their business problems andpropose analytical solutions.
  • Multisourcesynthesis of data and integration using databases/secondaryresearch appropriately ensuring timely stakeholder engagement andcommunication
  • Blend technical analytics skillsalong with a strong domain/business understanding to help ourmarketing commercial organizations take the right strategicdecisions
  • Build expertise on the marketlandscape in the context of the business through individuallearning and regular interactions with theteam
  • Supporting broader team programsprocesses and simplification initiatives asneeded

The essentialrequirements of the job include:

  • Preferably Masters Degree holder inBiotech/Pharma/Other Life Science disciplines; 25 years experiencein Pharma/BioPharma/Healthcare industry in Analytics; MBA would bean added advantage
  • Demonstrated stronginterpersonal communication skills within a global environment(oral and written)
  • Demonstrated experience inprojects involving market sizing market landscaping workflowanalysis and pricing analytics
  • Comfortablehandling big data in MSExcel creative in presentations pullingtogether insights from a variety of sources with effectivepresentation and story boarding skills
  • Problemsolver accompanied by strong analytical and process skillskeenattention to detail be highly organized andmethodical
  • Selfmotivated willingness to takethe initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and takeactions to improve
  • Understanding the Cell andGene Therapy/BioProcess/BioPharma market would be an addedadvantage
  • Exposure to data visualization toolsincluding Qlikview Power BI and Tableau is aplus
