Job Title: Senior Payroll Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end payroll processing for employees (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
· Manage salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data.
· Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable laws.
· Prepare and validate salary sheets and ensure error-free disbursement.
· Coordinate with Finance for timely salary transfer, Variable calculation inputs, etc
· Handle payroll-related employee queries.
· Creating and managing the data and reports send to JIO from HR payroll side.
· Taking complete ownership of the Performance Management System (PMS) — ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.
· Designing and maintaining variable pay and appraisal templates for different departments.
· Accurately performing variable pay and increment calculations based on performance ratings and company policies.
· Maintain and update employee data related to compensation.
· Reconcile payroll reports, bank statements, and audit requirements.
· Generate reports and dashboards for internal and external audits.
Mandatory Skill Set:
Advanced Excel proficiency – Strong in formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and logical structuring. Analytical and logical thinking for payroll data management and error resolution.
Other Required Skills:
· Deep understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, SAP, Keka, etc (Any one).).
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in payroll processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
