Job Overview


We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Narvi Placement School. As a Human Resources (HR) at Narvi Placement School, you will be responsible for providing HR support and solutions to the organization. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR) or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Experience in HR consulting and recruiting
  • Knowledge of graduate recruitment strategies
  • Excellent interviewing and sourcing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases
  • Certifications in HR will be a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide resolutions
  • Administer and maintain HR databases and employee records
  • Assist in performance management and evaluation processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Support in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration
