About the Role

As a Senior AI ML Engineer within the AI COE team at Cyncly, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions utilizing AI and computer vision models. Your role extends to crafting and deploying APIs that integrate AI model-based solutions seamlessly with client applications. Additionally, you will develop web applications with an emphasis on advanced image processing features.

With your deep understanding of the Azure cloud environment, coupled with your expertise in Docker, AKS and Azure cloud, you'll ensure that our solutions are not only deployed efficiently in the cloud but also scaled effectively to meet our customers' evolving needs. As an advocate for compliance, you will ensure our solutions meet stringent security and privacy regulations.

Your experience with MongoDB as a document store, coupled with your knowledge of Vector DB for similarity searches and query optimization, will be invaluable in refining the database design and boosting performance. Your skills with computer vision, image processing, and Large Language Models will be an added edge for the seamless integration and deployment with both existing and new tools.

Mentorship and the production of detailed technical documentation will be key aspects of your role, contributing significantly to our dynamic team and propelling innovation in the Space Designing industry.

Key Position Responsibilities include:

- Design data solutions to meet business, technical and user requirements. This includes building REST APIs that meet the functional/non-functional business requirements and meets the standards.- Designing of DB schema for Vector Database and writing efficient and scalable queries.- Meet the highest quality standards in code. And evangelise code quality among the team.- Create quick POCs to demonstrate and show case the technology capabilities in solving the business need.- Building robust build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOPs tools. Working with DevOps engineers to make sure continuous integration and continuous deployment.- Understanding the cyber security threats and provide solutions to mitigate the security risks.- Troubleshooting and debugging skills to quickly identify the root causes and address the issues with both tactical and permanent solution.- Work with Data scientists and Data Engineers in understanding the end to end design of the enterprise systems. Contribute in technical discussion in providing best software solution.- Make the application scale to the demand. Help devops engineers in configuring and deploying in a secured and highly scalable cloud environment.- Improve the Coding standards and DevOps maturity by constantly adopting the best standards.- Maintain unit testing, integrated testing and automated test environments for quicker delivery.- Deliver on time with high quality.- Maintain technical documentation of the solution, which presents the design to various stake holders.- Provide guidance and mentoring to Interns/Freshers and other AI/ML engineers.

Required experience and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related courses.- 3+ years of experience in Data area.- Experience in Python in developing APIs using FastAPI and MongoDB.- Experience in python libraries like Tensorflow, pyTorch, OpenCV, Pillow,scikit-image etc.- Experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Applications and Azure Cloud.- Solid knowledge in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)- Must have the required knowledge to understand/build complex systems for businesses.- Experience with development tools/frameworks : Fast API, Flask, Streamlit, Conda, REST API,- Knowledge of Azure cloud resources like Azure Cloud Applications, Azure Storage accounts, Azure Key Vault, Azure Front Door, Azure Container Registry, Azure Machine Learning workspace.- Experience in Azure DevOps, Building build and deployment pipelines.- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills and be a good team player.- Experience working in an agile environment as an important part of the team.- Excellent communication skills with sponsors, CSM teams, and clients.
