Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Industry 4.0 & IIoT Building Management Platform)-

Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to work on a cutting-edge Industry 4.0 & IIoT-based Building Management System (BMS) platform. This system will monitor and manage electricity, water, and gas consumption in industrial buildings. The platform will feature a centralized admin panel for managing users, buildings, and sites, as well as a mobile app for real-time monitoring, process automation, billing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop a scalable IIoT-based web dashboard for building management with real-time sensor data visualization.

- Create APIs for secure communication between IIoT devices, gateways, and the web dashboard.

- Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS, focusing on real-time monitoring, alerts, and billing features.

- Build features for process automation, resource optimization, and industrial analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and IIoT protocols.

- Ensure robust security, authentication, and authorization across all levels of the platform.

- Integrate advanced analytics for monitoring electricity, water, and gas consumption and generating predictive insights.

- Debug and optimize across the full software stack for industrial applications.

Required Skills :

- Frontend : JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.

- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development, WebSockets.

- Database : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

- Mobile Development : React Native, Flutter, Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS (Swift).

- Hands-on experience with IIoT platforms, sensors, and device data ingestion.

- Proficiency with MQTT, OPC-UA, or similar IIoT communication protocols.

- Experience with cloud-based services (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT) and edge computing.

- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 standards, real-time monitoring, and automation frameworks.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of ThingsBoard, PTC ThingWorx, or similar IoT/IIoT platforms.

- Experience in building energy management or industrial resource monitoring systems.

- Understanding of industrial automation, SCADA systems, and OPC protocols.

- Experience with data analytics, machine learning for predictive maintenance, and resource optimization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of full-stack development experience in IIoT/Industry 4.0 environments.

- Experience with mobile app development for industrial applications.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
