They are known for fostering long-term relationships, career growth, and cutting-edge technology projects that drive real-world impact.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and especially Sales Order Management (SOM) .Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, Flow Designer flows, and integrations via REST/SOAP.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build scalable solutions aligned with business needs.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in all ServiceNow implementations.Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and optimize performance of ServiceNow modules.Manage update sets, ACLs, roles, and maintain instance integrity and security.Contribute to instance upgrades, patching, and configuration management.Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.Mandatory Skills✔ Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (within 5–8 years total IT experience)✔ 2+ years experience specifically in Sales Order Management (SOM) module✔ Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS✔ Proven experience working with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, external APIs)✔ Deep understanding of CMDB , discovery patterns , and ServiceNow architecture✔ Familiarity with ACL Security , Scoped Applications, and Performance Analytics✔ Hands-on with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Script Includes✔ ServiceNow Certified: CSA and CAD (must have both)✔ Good knowledge of ITIL processes✔ Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills in Agile teamsImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:You have less than 5 years or more than 8 years of total IT experienceYou do not have hands-on experience in SOM moduleYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou lack CSA and CAD certificationsYou are looking for fully remote only roles (this is hybrid from any major city)You are from unrelated backgrounds (e.g., testing, infra-only, support roles)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
