Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment - Work as a IT Recruiter for IT Contract Staffing Demands
  • Hands on in using all job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Linkedin), social medias for sourcing CV in optimum time
  • Achieve Weekly & Monthly Hiring targets (min. 3 Joinees Per month & 5 CVs daily)
  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Candidates Profile:

  • Graduate/Diploma (BBM/BBA/BA/PGDB/12th Pass) with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Leadership recruitment & IT Contract Staffing
  • Ready to work from home full-time or part-time
  • Experience IT Contract Hiring is must
  • Good attitude, confident & Go-getter
  • Good convincing skills to attract talent
  • Ready for background check
  • Hands on in MS Office, Email Writing
  • Excellent mapping job-seekers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, data analysis, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
