Job Scope: The Management Accountant will work closely with the Financial Controller and business unit leaders to provide high-quality accounting support, ensuring data integrity for P&L and balance sheet management. The role involves delivering accurate, timely cost and financial information, producing forecasts and budgets, and applying continuous improvement principles in all management accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Reporting:

- Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and balance sheet reconciliations for designated business units within strict deadlines.- Collaborate with Operations, site managers, and Financial Controllers to review financials.- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Qlikview, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

1. Annual Processes:

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual stock revaluation.- Prepare documentation for audits (MCS, mid-year, year-end) and annual tax packs.

1. Accounting Control:

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, maintaining data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: CMA (ICWA) with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.- Skills: Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and MEC activities; general accounting practices; financial management; excellent analytical and communication skills.
