and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiencyLead a team to provide timely and accurate data analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the organizationWork closely with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor KPIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure data quality and integrityStay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics to drive continuous improvementManage the department budget and resources effectively to meet business objectivesSetup and monitor ETLAnalyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry

RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in the Analytics and business intelligence domainStrong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze dataStrong team management skillsAdvance knowledge of programming languages like SQL and PythonExperience in ETL frameworkKnowledge of data visualisation software like Tableau, Qlik, Zoho analytics, power bi etcProblem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailGood verbal and Written communication skills
