Job Summary: Area Sales Manager
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Area Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team at A-Class Marble In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of robust market strategies in your region, ensuring sustainable growth and a strong foothold in the luxury marble industry. This is your opportunity to drive success, foster valuable relationships, and elevate our brand’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities-
Achieve Aggressive Sales Targets:  Drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals by implementing effective strategies.
Build Trust & Relationships:  Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, including architects, interior designers, builders, and PMC professionals.
Lead Generation:  Generate high-quality leads and inquiries through targeted meetings and site visits within your territory.
Promote the Company:  Effectively pitch A-Class Marble’s profile to architects and interior designers, showcasing our premium offerings.
High-End Client Engagement:  Focus on engaging high-end architects and interior designers to expand business in the luxury segment.
Tailored Solutions:  Address client-specific project requirements with timely and effective solutions.
Site Visits:  Accompany architects, clients, and designers on tours of our processing unit and experience center in Kishangarh or the Stockyard in Delhi.
Identify Opportunities:  Pinpoint new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Monitor Key Accounts:  Analyze and follow up on key accounts to secure business opportunities.
Self-Driven Success:  Take ownership of achieving and surpassing sales goals through proactive efforts.
Comp:- 5LPA to 10LPA
Location:-  Pune, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Kolkata
Desired Skills and Qualifications-
Education:  Graduate/MBA with 2–4 years of relevant experience; MBA freshers are also welcome.
Industry Expertise:  3–4 years of sales and business development experience, with 2–3 years in a similar product or industry.
Proven Track Record:  Demonstrated success in driving sales growth.
Relationship Building:  Expertise in engaging with architects and interior designers.
Communication:  Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Leadership:  A team player with strong leadership capabilities.
Proactive & Driven:  A self-starter with a proactive approach to challenges.
Influencing Personality:  Ability to inspire confidence and influence key stakeholders.
