Overall Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologiesMentor and guide team members to ensure the successful delivery of projectsIdentify and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategyStay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trendsSkills:PythonCore Python developers who have worked on AI Services and has hands on experience in Kubernetes MeshPerson will not be looked upon just as a Python developer, but he/she should have fundamentals of Python and should be smart enough to understand how to use and implement it for AI services.Even Driven Programming is highly desired.He/she should know how to create Knowledge Graph and Concept Graph , and also experience in Neo4JStrong technical knowledge of software development lifecycleExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsGood understanding of software architecture and design patternsAbility to lead and manage a team of technical expertsExperience:At least 6-9 years of experience in software development and leading technology projectsProven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologiesExperience in mentoring and guiding junior team membersExperience in working with cross-functional teamsDay-to-Day Activities:Manage the development and delivery of projects using emerging technologiesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategyEvaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processesStay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trendsQualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications in emerging technologiesSoft Skills:Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and team-working skillsAbility to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersPassionate about technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
