Job Description:


  • Leading/Supporting Process/System implementation on O2C Processes
  • Program/Project management on System/Process Change or New System implementations
  • O2C Process & System Implementation
  • Own O2C operations for multiple accounts
  • Lead team of 3 to 6 members
  • Manage portfolio involving revenue operations for 150 to 200 Projects with 800 to 1000 employees & about 4 to 6 Mn USD per month
  • Tracking SoWs, PO, Projects
  • Project creation & managing project compliances.
  • Month end Revenue projections, Accruals submission , reconciliation
  • Handling Unbilled revenue (Tracking, following up , Clearing Unbilled revenue)
  • Pricing, Contracts, Rate updates, Shift allowance processing
  • Invoicing , Timesheet reconciliation
  • Liaising with Delivery, Finance and Leadership teams to ensure smooth Project/Revenue operations
  • Monitor, Analyze and Report Revenue Plan, Forecast & Visibility, Procurement , Vendor Payments
  • Managing Corporate Audit on Project, timesheet, Revenue related compliances, Documents and process adherence
  • Active participation on Initiatives on Process improvements & system automation


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Should have 10 to 15 years of experience in PMO.
  • Knowledge of financial Accounting , Good Aptitude for numbers , currencies,
  • Knowledge on IT services Projects, Project governance , SoWs, POs , Timesheets
  • Skills in Revenue Operations management.
  • Should have good exposure to IT Industry.
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
