A Validation Lead plays a pivotal role in providing solutions for both modular and services scope of work. While our dedicated vendors across the country handle modulars, we deliver services through a curated marketplace of Livspace-certified contractor partners and an in-house contracting team. To ensure seamless collaboration between vendors and customers, our team handles key responsibilities:
- Validating drawings, BOQ & site information.
- Understanding and verifying drawing quantities from all disciplines, including modular and non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Identifying design discrepancies and anticipating potential execution risks.
- Highlighting missing line items in the BOQ.
- Finalizing the BOQ after resolving design discrepancies and thorough site validation.
- Delivering error-free validation reports within specified SLAs.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Diploma or B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 3 years of contracting experience (1 year in execution and 2 years in QS) in residential or commercial projects.
- Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and anticipate execution risks.
- Proactive and skilled at prioritizing tasks.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Strong learning aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
