Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor at GoAhead International in Kozhikode. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, career development services, and career management support to students and job seekers. The role involves conducting individual counseling sessions, organizing career development workshops, and assisting individuals in exploring career paths and setting goals.
Qualifications
Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
Experience in student counseling and advising
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and workshops
Knowledge of current trends in education and job market
Experience in resume writing and interview preparation
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
