The VP will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with insurance companies to expand VisionSure's scope and offerings. This individual will manage negotiations, develop long-term collaboration frameworks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, identifying partnership opportunities, and aligning insurer solutions with VisionSure’s growth objectives.Qualifications- Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Management- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills- Understanding of the vision care or insurance industry and relevant market trends- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field- Proven leadership and team management experience- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
