Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Tech Pub team. In this role, you will design and develop interactive learning materials and videos to enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and video creation, with a strong focus on creating multimedia content that meets organizational goals..

Key Responsibilities

Design & Develop Learning Materials: Create instructional materials, including storyboards and multimedia content, following company templates and design guidelines.

Video Production: Produce engaging and high-quality training and product feature videos using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other relevant tools.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with internal teams to gather insights, ensure content accuracy, and tailor learning experiences for different audiences.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all learning materials to ensure they meet instructional and branding standards, and that they are engaging, clear, and error-free.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest instructional design practices, trends in e-learning, and advancements in multimedia tools to continually improve the learning experience.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas to improve overall team output during team meetings.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, English, Instructional Design, or a related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or multimedia content creation.- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.- Knowledge of instructional design theories and best practices.- Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate).- Strong video editing skills and knowledge of video production techniques.- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
