Job Description

Looking for a 2+ years experienced Engineer with good understanding of basic analog blocks, passion to learn analog design and build ICs and well versed with Transistor level design flow, to join the 2.6B$ Power Business Unit where in the candidate will get to work on a wide range of exciting products such as PMICs, Linear and Switching DC-DC converters powering the next generation of most sought after phones and hand held devices. This is an early-stage growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to learn, build and over time contribute and influence the charter for Renesas’s massive Power product portfolio.

Essential Functions:

Well versed with Analog circuit design flows including Schematic design, Post Layout simulations, Testbench creation etc.Must have experience of transistor level design of basic building blocks like Schmitt Trigger, Level Shifter, Bandgap References, Current Mirrors, Amplifiers, Comparators etc.Good understanding of Analog design concepts like mismatch, noise, offset etc will be advantageous. Understanding of the intricacies of layout for Analog blocks, layout constraints and parasitic extraction flow, Silicon debug experience will be a big plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering2+ years in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation and VerificationSchematic generation, simulation and verification using modern CAD toolsDesign & verification experience of simple analog blocks, Monte Carlo analysis using industry standard CAD toolsMust be a natural team player and strive towards fostering a highly creative and productive working environment
