About the Role:
This is a brand new role within our established Operations Team, with a focus on bridging the gap between Sales and Operations. You will be working closely with the Sales Team to assist with all post-booking processes, ensuring our bookings travel without a hitch, and our clients have a seamless booking experience every single time.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Booking itineraries, including accommodation, flights, transfers, tours and more - ensuring strong eye-for-detail at every step

  • Assisting the Sales Team with any post-booking questions from our clients

  • Handling booking-related issues, including flight cancellations and schedule changes - problem solving to minimise any avoidable issues

  • Assisting with booking cancellations and date changes

  • Maintaining an organised booking system, ensuring it's always up-to-date and accurate

  • Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure bookings travel without a hitch

  • Covering inboxes during annual leave

Requirements
Previous experience in a sales and customer service role. Passion for travel and a desire to share your enthusiasm with others. Interest in luxury travel destinations, hotels, and experiences. You need to enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, flexible and entrepreneurial environment. Ability to express yourself enthusiastically and eloquently both over the phone and over email, providing an inspiring experience for our clients. Skilled at quickly building rapport and establishing trust with clients. Quick thinking with an excellent sense of initiative and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work calmly and efficiently under time pressure. Extremely close attention to detail and a keen aesthetic eye. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, manage own time, and multi-task.
