Functionalreporting to ASM/BDM
Administrative reporting to HOMarketing DGA Key Contractors
Minimum 5 to 10 KNPL multi brand dealers to map per DGA
Total minimum 80 Contractors to be handled by DGA of these dealersonly
Once Painters of particular dealers are establishedthen another dealer to be replaced by
existing and sameprocess to be followed up
Contractor needs to be retailcontractor only
Products Eligible All Emulsions only (60% premium 40 Non Premium Products)
Role &Responsibilities
Generate secondary sales per month asper assigned target from the assigned set of
contractorsin territory
Daily Visits to new sites provided byPainters/Contractors/dealers/self to pitch Nerolac
products
Walk in Sites to be registered and assign toPainters/contractors
To handle minimum 80Painter/Contractors from his Market
MakePainters/Contractors calls in a day as per the PJP
Conduct Market activities as per annual allocation by HOMarketing
Regular updation of contractor point in NPPCall Centre
Education/Communication toPainter/contractors of new initiatives taken by HOMarketing
Ensure timely gift redemption of allpainters/contractors of his depot
HandlePainters/contractor complaints related to schemegratifications
Ensure POSM Visibility at DealerOutlet.
Ensure Painter/Contractor secondary schemescommunication
New Product Launch/Go to market planexecution at Painters/contractor point.
