● the role:
Project is the Department stand for the design and development of new acquired property of the organization. They are basically looking for Kitchen set up, architecture and civil engineering work, Executives have to communicate with vendors also to complete the site in TAT period.
As a Project Manager following would be your core responsibilities:
Responsible for overlooking the designing, planning and execution of kitchen interior
Submitting the project status report and timelines on a regular basis.
Getting the design and feasibility signed off from various stakeholders-Operations, Admin & BD. Verifying vendor bills as per site measurements and closing the bills well within the BOQ.

Coordinating with the operations team for smooth handover and opening of stores/restaurants.
Coordination with a global team as well for Project related activities. (Wendy's brand)
Coordinating with maintenance teams for any project related issues, if any, arise during operations of stores/restaurants.
Preparing BOQ for various vendors/teams/contractors aligned for a particular project.
Coordinating with various vendors/teams/contractors aligned for various works involved in the project and keeping track of their scope of works to ensure completion of project within the specified timeframe, resolving any issue if any arises during fit out period and ensuring best quality/finishing depending on the type of model.
Responsible for completing Projects within TAT & w/0 Snags.
Continuously developing & updating the Project related BoQ with latest works, technology and fit-outs.
Candidate Requirements & Skill set
● Team management Experience.
● Vendor Management Skills
● Proven experience in delivering lease development projects, preferably for QSR or dark kitchens, within aggressive timelines
● Civil Engineer or equivalent qualification. (Prefered)
● Experience in using Project Management Tool
● Knowledge of advanced excel.
● Hands-on knowledge in Auto CAD is preferred.
● High level negotiation skill is a must.
● High level of Ownership skills.
● Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional team.
● Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
