Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead at iDesign.Market, based in Delhi, India. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical direction of our projects, manage and mentor a team of developers , review code , and provide architectural guidance . You will be responsible for resolving technical challenges and coding aggressively alongside the team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js within the MERN stack .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance on architecture, code quality, and best practices.
Code while also reviewing and refining the code of the team.
Design and implement system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions for the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive technical innovation and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualification
Strong coding experience in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, within the MERN stack .
Proven experience in system architecture design and development.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc.) and scalable web applications.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in project management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities .
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Prior experience in a tech leadership role is a plus.
Atleast 5 years of experience
