Blue Spire is looking for skilled TIBCO Developers with a background in the retail industry, proficient in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6.x) and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining TIBCO integration solutions to support our retail clients' business processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage TIBCO technologies to enhance the efficiency, agility, and competitiveness of retail operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our retail client to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective TIBCO integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6.x) and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS).
  • Design, develop, and implement TIBCO integration solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation across various retail systems and applications, including but not limited to order management, inventory management, point-of-sale (POS), and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Customize and configure TIBCO BW processes, services, and adapters to meet the specific integration needs of retail clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain TIBCO EMS configurations, including topics, queues, bridges, and routing rules, to enable reliable messaging communication between retail systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet retail clients' strategic objectives and business requirements.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of TIBCO solutions to ensure quality, functionality, and performance under various scenarios and conditions.
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to junior developers and team members, sharing best practices, tips, and techniques for TIBCO development and integration.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and project meetings to ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural principles, and project guidelines.
  • Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of TIBCO solutions in production environments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated on the latest TIBCO technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their applicability to enhance our retail clients' integration capabilities and business operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a TIBCO Developer, with a strong background in retail industry processes and requirements.
  • Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO integration solutions.
  • Experience working on retail projects involving order management, inventory management, POS systems, CRM systems, or other retail applications.
  • Solid understanding of messaging concepts, protocols, and patterns, with expertise in TIBCO EMS configurations and administration.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, JSON, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with retail clients and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
