Summary Of The Role
We are seeking a seasoned BI Data Analyst / Specialist 3 who will be instrumental in importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling data to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights through advanced BI solutions for financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import, clean, and transform raw data into a usable format for analysis.
  • Validate and model data to ensure accuracy and reliability for decision-making processes.
  • Conduct analytical reviews and interpret data elements to generate actionable insights.
  • Design and develop relational databases to enhance data management and quality.
  • Utilize statistical tools to present conclusions derived from data analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support BI initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide advanced BI solutions and insights to clients in the financial services sector.
  • Monitor data processes and implement enhancements to improve data quality continuously.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders based on analytical findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
  • Proficient in data cleansing, transformation, and modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience designing and managing relational databases.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools for data analysis and visualization.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Prior experience working with financial services clients.
  • Knowledge of advanced BI tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
