The Draughtsman will be responsible for designing, detailing, and preparing technical drawings for cleanroom projects as per client specifications. The role involves site verification, preparation of BOQs, managing drawing records, and supporting HVAC drawing preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Detailing

  • Prepare detailed drawings of cleanroom partitions in line with project requirements and specifications.
  • Create typical detail drawings for modular components such as wall & ceiling supports, doors, view panels, crush panels, inbuilt riser with grill, and service panels.

Site Visits & Verification

  • Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and conditions (civil wall cutouts, column-to-column dimensions, etc.) to ensure accuracy in design implementation.

Drawing Preparation & Management

  • Prepare elevation drawings, G.A. drawings, and as-built drawings post final inspection.
  • Maintain drawing numbering, templates, revision numbers, and proper document storage in designated folders for future reference.

BOQ & Documentation

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in Excel format after approval by client or consultant.
  • Create accurate as-built drawings reflecting the final constructed layout.

HVAC Support

  • Assist in the preparation of basic HVAC drawings, including airflow diagrams and duct tagging.
