JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes using Spark and

Scala.

  • Work on real-time and batch data processing solutions.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data

solutions.

  • Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and reliability of data workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Spark applications for better efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Apache Spark and Scala (3+ years relevant experience).

  • Proficient in building scalable ETL/ELT solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems and big data frameworks.

  • Good understanding of data warehousing, SQL, and performance tuning.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
