We are hiring customer support executive.


We are seeking a new customer support to join our team. You will be handling a wide variety of tasks from client handling, transactions & multiple softwares. To be successful in this position, youll be a self-starter, delivering on deadlines & attention to detail.

Required skill sets

Bachelors degree in finance/Banking services with strong foundation in accounting

1-2 years experience in Mutual funds back-office operations

CRM software skills Investwell/ Wealth Elite/Happyness Factory / Profit proficiency

MF research software (NGEN) - Basic skills to generate reports & to add data

NSENMF & Wealth Elite Knowledge of online transactions

CRM skills - Handling client queries & resolving them within the structured timeframe, communicating through mail, call, messages

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Interpersonal skills To clearly communicate with clients & team

Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

NISM-Series-V-A Mutual Fund Distributors certification good to have

Knowledge of excel is essential to make charts, graphs, tables, and use of formulas & functions.
