You will work cross-functionally with data engineering, architects, product, and agency teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions aligned with business goals. This role demands strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex insights in a simple, compelling way. What you’ll be doing What you bring Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in the marketing domain. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architecture. Familiarity with object-oriented programming and general software engineering principles to build scalable and reusable analytical products. Experience with GenAI (at least 2POC’s), ML models & automation, MLOps, and version control tools. Intermediate knowledge on GenAI tools and frameworks, including foundational concepts of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. Strong understanding of various GenAI applications, with the ability to assess their relevance to specific business problems and select the most appropriate solution accordingly. Hands-on experience with Supervised, Un-Supervised and Reinforcement learning models. Familiarity with advanced techniques like Bayesian models, ensemble methods, and deep learning (where applicable). Understanding on Power BI, or similar tools for dashboarding and campaign performance tracking. Experience in PCA, campaign diagnostics, and KPI reporting. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and infographic creation skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities to influence stakeholders and align on priorities. Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
