We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager with over 3 years of proven expertise in managing fashion retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fashion industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team to achieve business objectives while maintaining the brand's standards and ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations and Management:
  • Oversee all daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising in line with the brand’s guidelines.
  • Monitor store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, footfall) and implement strategies to drive improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations.

2. Sales and Profitability:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize store sales and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to boost revenue.

3. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak times.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

4. Customer Experience:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring staff is well-trained in customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Ensure that the store consistently delivers a premium brand experience.

5. Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation:
  • Maintain and enhance the store’s visual appeal by adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Represent the brand’s ethos and values in all aspects of the store's operations and interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail management systems, POS software, and inventory systems.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
