We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Freelancer to join our team on a commission-based structure. We specialize in providing top-notch Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and HVAC (MEP) design services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role is perfect for someone who is self-driven and looking to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients and opportunities in the target market. Utilize various channels such as social media, networking events, and industry contacts.

Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.

Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up regularly to build long-term partnerships.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual sales targets. Ensure all sales agreements are documented and compliant with company policies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably as a freelancer or in a commission-based role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Compensation:

We are only looking for the people who wants to earn extra income by doing sales for our company.

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. Earnings will be based on a percentage of sales closed.
Commission rates and performance incentives will be discussed after your profile analysis.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
