Job Title-Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruiter

Location: Noida/ Mumbai/Hyderabad, India

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner/ Senior Recruiter is responsible for assuring systems are in place to recruit a wide range of personnel required by the company & manage end to end recruitment of Internal positions across the company.

Key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Identifying the organization's hiring needs, workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with hiring managers across business units
  • Plan and implement a talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
  • Pre-screening potential candidates for open mandates, evaluating applicants and sharing the most qualified candidates with hiring managers
  • Streamline the hiring process to ensure hiring managers have enough suitable candidates to choose from.
  • Manage candidate's application & interview experience
  • Increasing brand awareness through boosting organization's presence on social media channels
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with external recruitment agencies to fulfil critical hires within timelines
  • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
  • Monitoring and reporting hiring metrics, ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.
  • Compliance to hiring policies, TATs & SOPs

Required skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelors/PG in Human Resources is preferred
  • At least 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT & Non-IT hiring, domestic & International positions
  • Flexibility to work overlapping hours with teams located in different time zones.
  • Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn, social media and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases as required.
  • Increasing talent sourcing by improving direct hiring.
  • Must have a strong orientation to hiring manager satisfaction, an ability to foster productive team relationships, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, database affinity; experience using ATS, conversant with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
