Job Responsibilities:Developing cutting-edge, scalable web apps that perform across all platforms.Working closely with design and backend teams to build new features and enhance our core applications.UI Development using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, React.jsTranslate user needs, business realities, and engineering constraints into delightful, useful, and beautiful digital productsCommunicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholdersEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsCollaborate with project managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure design vision is maintained, final markup is standards-compliant and UI deliverables are completed on timeDevelop a set of web page designs with full visual treatments. Turn these designs into web page templates using HTML and CSS, or coordinate this task with the web developerTranslating designs and wireframes into high-quality codeResearch on interaction design trends and technology trendsRequired Competencies:One or more years of experience designing and building web applications using front-end and back-end technology.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelThorough understanding of React.js and its core principlesKnowledge of frontend frameworks like reactjs, vuejs, etc.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web TokenFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsExperience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.Experience in Developing PWA sites and should have a great understanding of the PWA concept.Experience in benchmarking and optimizationFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQLYou must have an eye and taste for, and ability to implement, in visual design. While you will collaborate with visual designers and illustrators, just wireframes and UX maps are not enough. Craftsmanship must be important to your work.Must have built web applications using modern front-end frameworks and librariesFamiliar with limitations and features of modern browsers, frameworks, and front-end technologiesGood knowledge of PHPCommanding grasp of HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, and related web technologiesBasic Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design toolsFamiliar with version control tools like GITPassion for identifying and solving real user problemsSolid intuition and strong passion for detailed interaction designAbility to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on timeComfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of common software project management and development practicesWell-versed with the latest technologies in the market.Experience with e-commerce applications is highly desirableShould be well versed with Agile Process.Preferred Qualification:• B.Tech/MCA from a reputed Institution.
