About the Role: As a

Senior AI Engineer (SDE 2)

at Es Magico AI Studio, you will play a critical role in architecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality, scalable systems.

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered software solutions. Architect systems and services with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Develop and integrate

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

pipelines to enhance AI-driven applications. Fine-tune and optimize

Large Language Models (LLMs)

to meet business and product needs. Implement best practices for model training, inference, and deployment. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best software engineering practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth within the team. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and improving code quality. Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML technologies and advocate for their adoption where appropriate. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debugging complex systems effectively.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years

of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of system design and architecture. Proficiency in programming languages like

Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript . Extensive experience with frameworks such as

React, Node.js, Django, or similar . Strong knowledge of databases ( SQL and NoSQL ) and experience designing scalable data solutions. Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and

containerization technologies

(Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

and

LLM fine-tuning . Experience deploying AI/ML-driven applications at scale. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Prior experience in mentoring and leading small teams of engineers. Knowledge of

MLOps best practices

is a plus.
