This role involves creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and driving lead generation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, inside sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing execution.Key Responsibilities: · Manage and guide a team of ABM marketers in developing and implementing marketing strategies for specific target audiences.· Oversee the creation and communication of solution storytelling to ensure impactful and resonant messaging with key accounts.· Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including content, digital, and social media.· Act as the primary internal point of contact for sales and inside sales teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.· Track and analyze performance metrics, including lead generation and revenue growth, to drive continuous improvement and achieve Qualifications:· Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing with at least 4 years in a team management role.· Strong communication skills and expertise in ABM strategies.· Proficiency in customer journey mapping, project management, and marketing automation tools.· In-depth knowledge of market trends, product lifecycles, and 360-degree marketing approaches.· A hands-on marketeer with a servant leadership mentality who excels in cross-department collaboration and performance optimization.
