Key Responsibilities
Unix Administration:
Manage and maintain Unix/Linux servers, ensuring system availability and performance.
Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.

Database Administration:

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
8-10 years of experience in Unix system administration and database administration.
Proven experience with Unix/Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
Extensive experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Unix/Linux scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, and storage.
Familiarity with database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
