The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, especially with PHP (preferably Laravel or similar frameworks). A deep understanding of database architecture and optimization is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.Lead and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship.Optimize and troubleshoot database queries (My SQL/Postgre SQL), structures, and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems.Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Participate in system architecture planning and decision-making.Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.Mandatory Skills:6+ months of professional PHP development experience.Knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).Mild experience in database optimization , query tuning, and schema design.Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).Exposure to Docker and containerized environments.Frontend experience (Vue.js, React) is a plus
