Flurn’s mission is to enable convenient access to holistic learning programs for children across music, dance, sports, and fitness categories. Our learning programs are designed in-house and specially developed to ensure children have a fun and engaging class experience. Flurn offers programs both in offline and online formats and via different delivery mechanisms ( online, studio, at-home and in residential communities. Our programs are internationally accredited and follow globally followed curriculums but customized to our Indian context.


Flurn's unique class delivery model makes it super convenient for students by directly delivering all our classes at customer's premises. Our community of 150+ highly qualified teachers deliver 1000s of live sessions every month. Flurn programs are accessible to more than 50K Students of all ages across 200+ Apartment communities.



Role Overview:


As a Music Educator at Flurn, you will be part of an ambitious team that is reshaping the future of music education in India and aspires to do this across the world.                                                      

Your work will span the full spectrum of being a high quality educator - teaching , contributing to program development and coaching other educators to provide world class music education. 


Role Requirements:

  • Proficiency in teaching one or more stringed instruments - keyboard, piano and guitar. 
  • Formal music education and/or music certifications (Trinity or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a music instructor with experience teaching children 
  • Strong english language skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to conduct classes for both children and adults, via offline and online mechanisms.
