Role Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Signavio Consultant/Architect to lead and deliver process transformation initiatives using the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite. This role plays a strategic part in enabling end-to-end business process visibility, harmonization, and optimization, supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of SAP Signavio solutions including Process Insights, Process intelligence, Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and Process Governance. Define and roll out process modeling standards, governance models, and Signavio Factory setup. Lead and facilitate business process discovery, modeling, and optimization workshops with cross-functional teams. Analyze process performance using Signavio Process Intelligence, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. Collaborate closely with other SAP Factories ( Test, Data Migration, Integration etc.), enterprise architects, business leads, and transformation teams for S/4HANA fit-to-standard analysis. Design As-Is and to-be process landscapes aligned to Mercedes-Benz target Template or SAP best practices. Set up and maintain a centralized process repository with variant handling and governance. Support training, onboarding, and change management for business users and process analysts. Ensure integration with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and other transformation tools if required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with SAP Signavio Process Insights, Process Manager, and Process Intelligence. Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards, process hierarchy design, and modeling best practices. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and transformation lifecycle. Ability to lead end-to-end process discovery and optimization cycles. Experience with process factory models and large-scale deployments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project delivery environments. SAP Signavio certifications Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or ARIS Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, finance, or public sector Familiarity with RPA or hyper automation initiatives QualifikationenEducational Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or• Master’s in Computer Applications / Business Administration from a reputed institution.• Certification and/or work experience in S/4HANA and Signavio tools. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):• Exposure to deploying Signavio (Process Manager, Governance, Intelligence) in global projects.• Experience working in a fast-paced automotive or consulting environment.• Background in BPM content migration and transformation Why Join Us?
