Strong Understanding and development experience of process design components in RHPAM using Process Automation Manager

Desired Skills:

Extensive experience in defining and modeling BPMN 2.0 based business processes on the RHPAM platform.

Deep knowledge of the JBPM concept and good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot/ JPA/ Hibernate

Design/derive/propose custom solutions using the PAM internal structures (nodes, work items, custom work item handlers)

Customize deployment configurations as per the needs and deploy the solution. Set up the PAM with custom external configurable libraries and manage the code version.

Write custom XSLT templates and transformation functions, Unit test cases for the individual process, and deliver the code adhering to the defined code quality and coverage.

Good to have exposure to middleware technologies, Message Broker / Message Bus.

Good to have exposure to other BPMS tools like Bonita, and relevant experience in migration strategies to PAM is beneficial.
